We are sure some of you may have some questions about this new special, so please read the FAQ below:
- Q: Are the figures still in the package?
- A: YES!! All these figures are still in the original packaging, but some have suffered some damage to the outer packaging on either the cards or the plastic bubble pack. However the figures themselves have incurred NO damage at all!
- Q: Who is this deal best suited for?
- A: Because the actual figures have no damage this deal is great for anyone who is looking to get figures at a great price far below what we sell them for on our site! This deal is a great gift for children as they will most likely be playing with the figures so the outer packaging will have to be removed/discarded anyways. This is great way to get started on your Xmas shopping.
- Q: Who is this deal not for?
- A: As the outer figure packaging may be damaged these figures are not guaranteed to be MOC (Mint On Card) so collectors looking for MOC figures only, may want to purchase the figures separately from our online store.
- Q: Will I be getting any Legends of Wrestling, WCW, TNA, Lucha Libre, or Japanese figures in this deal?
- A: No. This deal will only contain WWE, WWF, ECW figures. If you would like to get a grab bag that potentially could contain any of the aforementioned figures you would perhaps want to get the $20.09 Grab Bag
- Q: Can you tell me the types of figure series that I could receive in this deal?
- A: Sure, this deal can include WWE Ruthless Aggression, WWE Classic Superstars, WWE Deluxe Aggression, WWE Adrenaline (please note these count as 2 figures), ECW Series 1-4 and some WWE and WWF Exclusive Series as well.
- Q: Is there a specific set of figures that are in this package.
- A: No, these are "Grab Bags" and will be picked at random. You will get 10 different figures in the grab bag, however if you buy more than one of these there is a chance there may be a duplicate, but only on multiple orders.
- Q: Can I request specific figures to be sent?
- A: As this is a grab bag, technically we decide which figures to pull. However, you can put some of the figures you would like in the "Customer Shipping Notes" when in checkout, and there is a chance you may receive some of them. While we are not required to honor requests for grab bags, it never hurts to ask.
- Q: Are these returnable if I don't like my selection?
- A: As this is a grab bag we can not exchange the figures... however if one of the figures itself is damaged (the figure not the packaging) you can return it for another figure, just like our return policy we have on all other items. We will inspect all figures before shipping, so most likely they will not be arriving damaged.
